Kayla's Ad

My name is Kayla and I am a homebody. I love to curl up on my cozy sofa and read a suspenseful mystery novel. My favorite foods are rice and dark chocolate. I love animals, especially cute little spotted cats! I enjoy sewing and I have created a few pieces of original clothing. I hate peaches. I think they are smelly and their fuzzy skin creeps me out.

Personal ads

Write a personal ad that describes you. Include 2 statements that are NOT TRUE. Be sure to include plenty of adjectives about your personality and what you like and don't like to do. Add a picture of yourself if you want to. Look at the Folio Weekly for examples of personal ads.
Next, read your classmates' ads and try to figure out which statements are not true.
